Kingston Tennessee
The town of Kingston, which offers a number of restaurants, and services, is only five miles away.
Little known historical fact: Kingston (originally named “Kingstown”) is the second oldest city in Tennessee. Founded in 1799, “Kingstown” was for one day, on September 21st, 1807, the state capital.
From Kingston, you are 10 minutes away from the towns of Harriman or Rockwood, where you will find most anything you need, from a new car, a hospital, a Super Walmart, or many more restaurants. If a bigger city is of interest for the day, West Knoxville is a short 20 minute drive from Kingston.
